Restorative Yoga is a style of yoga in which the participants lie down on their yoga mats in comfortable stillness the entire class. The gentle supportive poses change up about every 10 or 15 minutes. In our Restorative Yoga class, participants will receive Reiki while relaxing in Restorative Yoga Poses. Therefore, Restorative Yoga with Reiki is a class that combines two powerful healing modalities, yoga and Reiki, for a deeply relaxing and nourishing experience. *Beginner Friendly/Pre-Natal Friendly
