The Voyageurs from École secondaire Notre-Dame-du-Sault defeated St. Mary’s College Knights 3-1 to claim the city's high school boys volleyball championship, the team's first-ever title.
The Voyageurs will now represent their region at the NOSSA AA-AAA championship on Nov. 13–14 in Sudbury.
"This remarkable achievement highlights the team’s talent, dedication, and perseverance, marking a major milestone in the Voyageurs’ journey as they prepare to take on their next challenge," said a news release.
