SooToday's cameras spotted a new pop-up while travelling down Great Northern Road today.
We decided to stop in and see what they had for sale.
Like many others, Brandon Servant was between careers during the COVID pandemic. An avid baker, Servant decided to turn that passion into a full-time gig.
After a few online baking and marketing courses, Sweetz was born.
Sweetz offers a variety of fresh-baked goods including cookies, brownies, muffins, and even churros.
Servant said he'd love to one day open a storefront, but for now has decided to operate as a pop-up, selling his baked goods outside of businesses around town.
If you'd like to check out what he has for sale, he'll be at Staples today from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
He will also be at Rotaryfest.
