Solomiia Kinach has always dreamed of owning a dog.
Working in Ukraine as a radiologist and living in an apartment with her parents, it seemed like dog ownership would remain a dream.
After moving to Canada Kinach was feeling understandably down. Having been separated from friends, family, and unable to continue her passion as a medical professional, Kinach was in desperate need of some joy.
She decided to make her childhood dream a reality by adopting a Welsh Corgi, her favourite breed.
What initially began as videos to her friends and parents back home soon evolved into a massive following online.
Since their first short video on YouTube, Kinach and Mr. Ollie have amassed over 100,000 followers, being awarded the coveted Silver YouTube play button.
"The idea of this channel was to share some joy and happiness in life," Kinach said.
"Sometimes this world seems a little bit cruel. We're all so tired and busy. I just wanted to share something that people could enjoy in the cozy atmosphere of their home, and hopefully it brings a smile to their face."
