It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of David Perri, at the young age of 65, after a courageous and relentless battle with cancer. David passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on October 24, 2025, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.

Born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, on February 8, 1960, David, the beloved son of the late Michael and Rosaria, was known for his kindness, his loving nature, and his quick-witted jokes. A devoted husband to Nella for 43 years, he exemplified unwavering loyalty and compassion, cherishing their life together and the family they built. As a proud father, he dedicated himself to guiding and inspiring Amanda and Daniel, supporting their dreams and encouraging them to live life to the fullest.

David was a cherished brother to Bambi Alexander (Allan), Frank Perri (Shirley), and Mary Chicorli (Don); a beloved brother-in-law to Maria Antonia Valle (Orlando), Margaret Bergamin (Sante), Fred Falsetto, Gina Feraco, and Milva Falsetto; and a devoted uncle to his nieces and nephews. To his friends and all who knew him, David was a source of support, laughter, and guidance—always willing to lend a helping hand or offer words of wisdom. The world feels quieter without him, and his infectious smile and love will never be forgotten.

David will be remembered as a devoted father, husband, successful entrepreneur and passionate outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, gardening, and staying active. Most of all, he cherished spending time with family and friends, especially in his backyard, where countless memories were made. When not outdoors, he could often be found in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes or sharing his famous hot peppers, which he proudly grew and generously offered to anyone brave enough to try them. His love of cooking brought people together and reflected his generous spirit and deep love for his family and friends.

May he rest in peace, knowing he was deeply loved and will be forever missed.

As per his wishes, a celebration of life will be held in his backyard at a later date, which will be announced when arrangements are finalized.
