Surrounded by the love of his family, Kent passed away peacefully at ARCH on November 8, 2025, at the age of 60.
Born in Sault Ste. Marie on June 22, 1965, he was the cherished youngest child of the late Margaret and Garn Morrison. Known affectionately as “everyone’s little brother,” Kent brought warmth, laughter, and light to all who knew him. He was the beloved brother of Gayle (the late Don), Harry (Judy), Nancy (Jim), the late Jim (Kathy), Tym (Marilyn), and Hugh.
He was deeply loved by his family and will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and friends. His special friends Bruce and David held a particularly dear place in his heart.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the CLA staff on Shannon Road (especially Mike) and to the caring team at Boundary Road for their kindness, compassion, and support.
Kent’s gentle spirit, quick smile, and kind heart will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by all who were fortunate to know him.
At the family’s request, there will be no formal service. Those who wish to honour his memory may do so through a donation to ARCH or to a charity of their choice.
