LETTER: Health-care workers do a 'great job'

SooToday received the following letter about health-care workers.

There are definitely many issues with our health care system, but I would like to point out that despite these, many of the boots on the ground do a great job.

Recently, I required prompt medical attention and it was delivered with courtesy, professionalism and a sprinkle of humour, just enough to lighten up a situation that had the potential to be dire.

Heartfelt thanks to all, from the receptionist to the treating doctor and everyone in between.
