Ho, ho, ho! Santa Claus is coming to town Nov. 22 during the return of the Rotary Santa Claus Parade.
The parade is set to return to its traditional route along Queen Street from Pim Street to Gore Street.
Local businesses, community groups, and schools are invited to take part in the festivities, whether by walking, taking part of people-powered entries like bicycles, or in festive floats and creative displays.
Participants can download the parade application package online. Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, Nov. 12.
New this year is the first-ever Santa Run. This family-friendly run will take place just before the parade, following the same parade route.

Santa Claus is Coming to Town! The Rotary Santa Claus Parade is set to bring holiday cheer back to the heart of the community on Saturday, Nov. 22, as it returns to its traditional route along Queen Street from Pim Street to Gore Street.

Adding to the excitement, the first-ever Santa Run in Sault Ste. Marie will take place just before the parade, following the same parade route. This fun, family-friendly run is designed to spark a new holiday tradition filled with joy, laughter, and festive spirit, all while supporting mentoring programs at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sault Ste. Marie.
