One person is facing charges after significant damage was caused to a business last year.
Sault Ste. Marie Police were called to the 200 block of St. Mary’s River Drive on Jan. 18, 2024.
Investigators say there was significant damage to a unit and property inside the business.
They obtained a warrant for a suspect’s arrest.
Yesterday officers located the suspect.
Marty Attle, 59, of Goulais River was charged with mischief over $5,000.
They’ve been released on an undertaking and have a court date on Jan. 12, 2026.
None of the allegations have been tested in court and the accused is considered innocent until proven guilty.
