I heard recently thats where they're moving the mens shelter too!
The city definitely was NOT thinking if thats whats happening!! Whoevers in charge of these things needs to think before doing something....I can see this as being an even bigger problem than it already is now

I LOVE this!!!! When I was in elementary school, I think around 9/10yrs old we did a pen pal exchange and even though we dont live in different countries were still friends to this day. And weve met in person also (we're in our early 50s now)

My mother who's in her early 70s always has loved to go to the mall for coffee with friends, and walk/sit by the boardwalk. But nowadays when she says that's what she's doing I worry because anything can happen, and it scares me!
I don't even like going to whitefish Island by myself anymore as I've no idea what can happen there or who I'm going to see/meet along the way. Something needs to be and done and SOON!!! The mayor needs to open his eyes, take the blinders off and see what's really going on within the Sault. Stop worrying about tourists etc coming here and worry more about the people that live here!!

I love this idea, but like someone else said...how will they pay if they go to jail?
Also how can they be made to pay it? Im sure some of them will just decide to 'not work' so they don't have to pay, how will they be made to pay then?!
