Job Details: Tax Season Administrator - Contract
Competitive wage, to be determined based on experience
Job Type – Contract, 4 to 6 months with possibility to extend, starting January 2026
Schedule – Monday to Friday, 830am to 430pm
Job Description:
Suraci & Olszewski LLP is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to join our close-knit team of professionals. As part of our firm, you will have exposure to a wide range of clients and will focus on meeting our clients’ needs in an efficient and friendly manner.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones, greeting clients & directing various inquiries appropriately
• Administrative preparation of personal and corporate tax packages
• Distributing mail to the appropriate team members
• Filing, copying & scanning documents as required
• Scheduling appointments for the Partners and Management
• Ordering and restocking office supplies as needed
• Processing client payments
• Preparing various correspondence to the CRA
Qualifications:
• Consistently reliable & punctual for office hours
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effectively communicating with the team, clients, and relevant government agencies
• Able to manage time & prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and well organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Post-secondary education in administration preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience with Caseware / Taxprep / Quickbooks Online is considered an asset but not required
This position will start in January 2026. The start date will depend on the candidate’s availability and will be determined after the interview process.
