I’m looking for a small clean, affordable 1 bedroom apartment, bachelor apartment or in-law suite. Rent must include heat, electricity, and water.

About me: I’m a quiet, tidy, and reliable tenant who always pays rent on time. I’m not into partying, and I respect shared spaces and neighbors. I had to leave my last apartment due to serious maintenance issues (was renting from CPM - no heat, hot water, or electricity), and I’ve been in temporary housing since. Now looking for a stable, long-term home.

I'm looking for something fair, safe, and livable. No mold issues or major repair problems, please.
