We’re currently seeking a General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead and elevate our sales team.
This is a key leadership role ideal for a high-performing, accountable, and inspiring
individual ready to build on our momentum and take our sales operations to the next level.

-. Key Responsibilities
 Oversee and manage all sales operations (new, used, finance).
 Recruit, train, and coach a results-driven sales team.
 Set and track monthly performance targets across all departments.
 Implement structured desking, CRM usage, and process adherence.
 Collaborate closely with the Dealer Principal and department leads on pricing, inventory, and strategic planning.
 Ensure a best-in-class customer experience from initial contact to final delivery.
 Monitor key metrics: lead conversion, VPA, gross per unit, closing ratios, CSI scores.
 Coordinate digital and in-store promotions with marketing partners.
 Champion compliance, ethics, and professionalism across the showroom.

-. Qualifications
 Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role (GSM or Sales Manager).
 Proven track record of growing volume, gross, and team performance.
 Strong understanding of desking, CRM tools, digital retail, and inventory management.
 High emotional intelligence, with a passion for developing people and culture.
 Knowledge of PBS, Dealertrack, or similar systems is an asset.
 Chrysler, Stellantis, or multi-brand experience preferred but not required.
