We’re currently seeking a General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead and elevate our sales team.
This is a key leadership role ideal for a high-performing, accountable, and inspiring
individual ready to build on our momentum and take our sales operations to the next level.
-. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all sales operations (new, used, finance).
Recruit, train, and coach a results-driven sales team.
Set and track monthly performance targets across all departments.
Implement structured desking, CRM usage, and process adherence.
Collaborate closely with the Dealer Principal and department leads on pricing, inventory, and strategic planning.
Ensure a best-in-class customer experience from initial contact to final delivery.
Monitor key metrics: lead conversion, VPA, gross per unit, closing ratios, CSI scores.
Coordinate digital and in-store promotions with marketing partners.
Champion compliance, ethics, and professionalism across the showroom.
-. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role (GSM or Sales Manager).
Proven track record of growing volume, gross, and team performance.
Strong understanding of desking, CRM tools, digital retail, and inventory management.
High emotional intelligence, with a passion for developing people and culture.
Knowledge of PBS, Dealertrack, or similar systems is an asset.
Chrysler, Stellantis, or multi-brand experience preferred but not required.
