We are seeking a mature, reliable couple for the position of Building Superintendent to join our team in the Columbian Towers .Primary responsibility is the day-to-day upkeep of our two buildings, 114 -units family and senior apartment complex and grounds Previous work experience and certifications with electrical , plumbing, heating and ventilation systems is a must.
